Washington State University, also known as Washington State, WSU, or informally Wazzu, is a public land-grant research university located in Pullman, Washington. It was founded in 1890 and is considered one of the oldest land-grant universities in the American West. WSU's flagship and oldest campus is situated in Pullman.
