Memorial University of Newfoundland, also known as Memorial University or MUN, is a public research university located in St. John's. It has satellite campuses in Corner Brook, elsewhere in Newfoundland and in Labrador, Saint Pierre, and Harlow, England. The university offers a wide range of programs including certificate, diploma, undergraduate, graduate, and post-graduate programs. Additionally, they provide online courses and degrees. Established in September 1925, Memorial University serves as a living memorial to the individuals from Newfoundland and Labrador who lost their lives in the First World War. It is the largest university in Atlantic Canada and the only university in Newfoundland and Labrador.
