Macquarie University, located in Sydney, Australia, is a public research university that was established in 1964 by the New South Wales Government. It is the third university to be founded in the metropolitan area of Sydney. Macquarie is known for being a verdant university and consists of five faculties, as well as the Macquarie University Hospital and the Macquarie Graduate School of Management.
