Griffith University, located in South East Queensland on the east coast of Australia, is a public research university. It was established in 1971 and officially opened in 1975. One of its notable achievements was introducing Australia's first degrees in environmental science and Asian Studies. The university has five campuses, namely Gold Coast, Nathan, Logan, South Bank, and Mount Gravatt. It was named after Sir Samuel Walker Griffith, who played a significant role in the Federation of Australia and was the principal author of the Australian constitution. Griffith University offers a diverse range of undergraduate, postgraduate, and research programs in various disciplines, including business, law, science, health, education, engineering, and the arts.
